Week 16: 2nd Trimester Bliss

During week 13 and 14 while I was struggling with heaving and eating, everyone said there would be a magical day where I would start feeling better. It has officially come.  During week 15 I had a day where the naseau was gone and it seems to have continued into week 16.  Now I feel like I can survive a work day and not feel like curling up in a ball. I am still really tired and pass out by 930 but my waking hours are so much better.

This week I have also officially transitioned into maternity clothes.  I knew during week 15 when my pants would unzip themselves that i have stressed out my normal wordrobe and now that i have gone maternity pants, I don't know if i can ever move back.  Seriously, these pants are god's gift to women and everyone should own a pair. Especially for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners :)  My belly is getting a little rounder which is exciting and I am looking less fat and a little more prego.

This week we had our 16 week appointment and good news... Placenta has moved into the right position.  THis means no more placenta previa and I am in the clear.  Jim and I were so glad to hear that. It means natural labor, restrictions are gone  :) and less likely to have bed rest.. WAHHHOOO ..
We also got another picture of ricey.  The tech would not be official but we are almost 99% sure baby ni is a little girl .. Week 20 will confirm but i've been calling ricey a she ..

Baby Ni and Papa Ni are ready for football time so .. more to come ..
XOXOXO
